URI: Absence of fever is reassuring. At this time a viral upper respiratory tract infection seems more likely than Covid in view of runny nose, no fever.Nevertheless, isolate from others until you're sure that it's a simple head cold that resolves in a week or so. Chest tightness bears watching. Significant breathing difficulties should be reported to your MD for instructions re testing&treatment
