I have a very painful verecele on my left testicle and a painful cyst on my right, both diagnosed by ultrasound tests, how best is this treated?

Varicocele: Is highly unlikely that varicoceles cause severe pain, there is usually something else going on. The cyst on the right testicle is probably a spermatocele and mostly treated conservatively with nsaid's, as a last resort, surgery. I would see a urologist and see what he recommends.
