Not overdoing it?: If a woman is not drinking quarts and quarts of Silk soy milk, then she should not notice any problems with her body or pregnancy plans. As with all things in life, do it in moderation... Don't overdo anything. Eight to sixteen ounces of soy milk a day sounds reasonable, but do watch the sugar in the soy milk (some have more sugar added).
