Very Very Bad: Sugar is the enemy. There is a pinch of protein in soy milk, but the rest of the smoothie you are ingesting is nearly one hundred percent sugar or carbohydrates. This is the worst kind of calories to be ingesting if you want to lose weight. Sugar is the enemy. Repeat once more: sugar is the enemy.
