Don't know if if was: Specifically prescribed for you or what dosage. Don't know how often you use it or if it is prescribed as a regular dose or prn (as needed). Don't know if you have formal anxiety disorder diagnosis or just "feel" anxious. Sorry, there are too many unknowns to provide a "yes/no" answer.
