Unlikely: Have your doctor work you up for other causes of memory loss including neuropsychological testing to quantify likely extent and to help determine cause.

Hopefully not: There is some evidence that it take more than a half a year for cognitive function to be restored so i hope that the remaining deficits you are describing will resolve in the context of ongoing changes in the nervous system related to the discontinuation of the clonazepam. If the deficits persist after half a year then you many want to be evaluated by a neurologist or neuropsychologist. Stay safe!
