No one can tell: It depends on many factors which including your weight, dietary habit, exercise , and pre-treatment bp. The only way to tell is to monitor the BP after the pill has been discontinued and it may take a couple of weeks to get the real picture . Your doctor must have felt comfortable enough with your lifestyle changes to take you off of the BP medication.

Variable: It will likely rise 10 +/- 5 points systolic and 5 +/- 3 points diastolic. But it's variable. If the numbers you list are your averages, you'll still be in the normal range.
