Yesterday, i saw a bright red dot the size of a small pill on my neck. at first it wasn't raised, but this morning it is slightly raised. what is it?

Red : A bright red bump could be a benign hemangioma (collection of blood cells). See a dermatologist to properly evaluate the area to ensure it is not cancerous.

Red raised skin bump: Could be a bug bite, an inflamed cyst, the beginning of eczema or contact dermatitis, impetigo or other skin infections, plus a number of other things. Usually these are itchy or sometimes paiful. Please see your dermatologist for an evaluation.
