Stressed out: Talk with a trusted friend about the issue(s) you're stressed about. Sometimes new perspectives can allow you to see solutions you might not have thought of before. Exercise can also be a very healthy release. Dance; take a walk or a run. Play a sport you like. Write. Play music. Make art. Breathing meditations can help also. See video: http://tinyurl.Com/mptsy83 yoga practice too.

Breath ; Tap: There are many ways to de-stress. While dropping thought at the source of the stress will do the trick, that's not always easy. So focus on the stress sensations in your body and take several slow deep breaths, slowly exhaling and tap with your fingers at these locations: forehead, under nose, under bottom lip, upper chest. Several rounds could help. Also read my book 'energy tapping'.

De- Stress.: If you can find a quiet place - do so. Breath in slowly ; deeply through your nostrils. Fill your lungs with air (but not to the point of discomfort). Hold for a count of five then slowly begin to exhale through an open mouth. Repeat at least 12 times, longer if you need to.O address stress: talk about feelings ; address problems. Don't avoid them. Aim for 7.5 - 8 hours of sleep/ night. Daily.
