Eosinophilia: Your white cell count seems to be high because of an increased number of eosinophils, the type of white cells associated with causing allergic reaction and fighting parasitic infections. The list of things that can cause eosinophilia is quite long and needs to be addressed with a good hematologist or allergist.

Extra eosinophils: This is a modest increase in the absolute eosinophil count and often no explanation gets found. You describe flushing and diarrhea plus less-specific entities. This is carcinoid syndrome until proved otherwise and you need to be checked for this. Making a list of things that raise eos would be less helpful than your knowing that at this level, it's not going to add much to the history ; physical.
