Lab work is best interpreted in the context of why it was obtained, past & current medical history and exam findings. That said, the cited lab numbers are not worrisome by themselves.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, none of the data you provided is a cause for concern. Wish you good health!
