Double check: I can't tell whether you were seen by a cardiologist or not to be worked up for an aortic aneurysm, but glad it was negative. Keep on top of it. If you have difficulty breathing, check with your cardiologist to make sure it's not contributing at higher doses. Have your pcp rule out ulcers, so you are not having to guess, and you'll have peace of mind.
