Have a fat pocket on back of head, ultrasound says its nothing. can this cause head pressure, tension, pulsing in back of head? been 5 months..

Headache: I am glad to hear the ultrasound was unrevealing. The best way to get a diagnosis is to have your physician listen to a detailed history and perform am examination. You might be dealing with a migraine. They respond to a special diet, adequate sleep and stress reducers. Some medications may be helpful as well. Hope you feel better.
