When i underwent scanning it gave result that small lymph nodes at both inguinal regions what that actually means is it a serious problem? please help

Usually not: A problem. Mildly prominent lymph nodes are commonly seen in the inguinal regions. Absent other history, physical exam findings, or other issues on the scan to raise concerns i would not be worried about this finding.
