1cm groin lymph node 3 mos cbc blood test normal ranges except rdw rbc 14.3 basophils 0.1/1.8%. problem?

No: Lymph nodes are your friends unless they're obviously abnormal, which seldom happens. Basophils need to be way off before they mean anything. With a high RDW, have your physician check to be sure you're not losing iron or not getting enough iron in your diet. I grew my groin nodes bigger than that just going barefoot in the summer.
