CT release not 100%: So rather than being related to the surgery, it may just be coming back. There have been studies showing that surgical releases work anywhere from 40-80 % of the time. Many times its still the best option, but could be that. May also be related to other nerve entrapments and you may need another emg. Discuss with your physician testing and therapies like steroid injections that may help.
