Leukoplakia?: Is a white patch or plaque that cannot be rubbed off the oral mucosa. The common cause are long term irritation, smoking, oral cancer (very rare). Rec. See your dentist or oral pathologist. For definitive diagnosis of leukoplakia biopsy is mandatory.

Biopsy: Can't load image. Any oral lesion present that long should be biopsied. See oral surgeon or ENT doc.
