What's your thoughts on male circumcision?

Not needed if...: Circumcision is unnecessary if good hygiene is done. Babies are born complete, finished, and perfectly fine (except for the few unlucky ones with birth defects). Circumcisions are done for religious and cultural reasons, but the procedure does permanently change the genitals, so parents should think about it and talk about it before doing anything to their perfect little newborn.

Up to the parents: Many factors involved in this controversial decision...The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends that it should be offered, but does not say that circumcision is necessarily recommended. In areas with high rates of sexually transmitted disease, it can prevent infection rates and decrease the risk of UTI, but the jury is out w/ respect to sexual function so it's up to the parents.
