Hello! I recently had an annual exam with a blood pressure of 136/76 which the nurse said was good. They didnt say anything else. I looked up the numbers online and 136 seems high. In the past couple of years my systolic numbers have been 118 and 128. Im 33 years old with a vegetarian diet. Effective way to lower blood pressure? Im a 33 year old male. 65 -253 lbs. 38 waist size. BP averages at about 126/77. Pulse a bit higher for whatever reason at about 106 BPM. Doc says meds could be next I absolutely dont want to be on meds! TY?
