Many options: From bracing to medication management to vertebroplasty. Interventional pain techniques can help with pain. Bracing can help with pain as well as prevention. Work on correcting osteoporosis as much as possible. Consider physical therapy as well. I hope that helps!

Time: Most spine fractures will heal within 3 months with bracing, limiting strenuous activity and close follow-up with a spine specialist. Some fractures require surgical stabilization and kyphoplasty is an option for elderly patients with compression fractures. Check out spine-health.Com.
