The answer will vary depending on exactly what needs to be done in your case and if there are any complications that may extend the recovery time. Also your general health can influence recovery time for many surgical procedures. Not all cases of scoliosis require surgery. If concerned, a 2nd opinion re: treatment is never a bad idea.
