Either: Both hamstring and patella bone tendon bone autografts have excellent outcomes. Obviously each have their benefits and drawbacks. If you cannot choose who your surgeon is, it may come down to what your surgeon is more comfortable or better at. If you have the luxury of choosing your own surgeon, then you should press him/her on individualizing which is better for you.
