I've got scoliosis and am looking for a non-brace or non-surgical solution?

Most of the: Literature supports bracing until that point when surgery is recommended. Postural changes can be of some benefit, as can core strengthening to help support surrounding structures, but progressive scoliosis is a powerful issue. Try physical therapy as well as they can teach both postural and strengthening techniques.
