What are easiest ways to absorb and learn new things at 70?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Nothing easy at 70!: As with anything in life, you do best when you are interested and engaged with what you are trying to learn. You should have a good amount of self knowledge at this point about what works best for you. Generally repetition, practical application and frequent use with reinforcement are good ideas. Take frequent breaks and make sure creature comforts are attended to as you study.
