Is nattokinase helpful to alzheimer's patients?

NO: Nattokinase is said to be of value for vascular and cardiac issues. Suppose if a patient had a dementia due to small strokes in addition or instead of alzheimer's approach might be considered, but this preparation does not seem to provide any real benefit for the true alzheimer's patient.
