IOLs: Bright Ocular is an intraocular implant placed in the Anterior chamber of the eye to change the color of Iris in conditions like: Albinism, Iris Coloboma, Partial or total Aniridia. It is not used to correct vision, but to treat intense photophobia.. lasik can be done few months prior or after the implant to correct the vision. It is FDA approved, to my knowledge.
