A member asked:

What to do if i have an intraocular lens, should i not participate in contact sports?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

You can: You should think of an intraocular lens just like your own natural lens. If there is enough force to damage or dislodge an intraocular lens, it would have done the same to a natural lens. You can do whatever sports or activity you desire. The risks do not change in any way by having had your lens replaced.
