If you have have an intraocular lens, can it be replaced if there are changes in your vision?

Yes: In many cases it is possible to replace intraocular lenses, but the cause of vision changes must be determined in order to find the best solution. Depending on the cause, laser treatments might improve the vision.

Yes: But the intraocular lens is unlikely the source of your changed vision. A secondary cataract could have developed, which can be treated by a type of laser surgery; or something else could be happening with your eye, such as diabetes. You will need a complete eye exam to determine the source of your vision problem.
