Depends: If it is water in the ear canal from swimming, shower, etc., try drops of rubbing alcohol or vinegar diluted with water 1:1. If the fluid is behind the eardrum, decongestants and antihistamines may be helpful. If you're not sure where the water is, see your doctor.
