What would it be the explanation for having pulmonary hypertension and hypotension (low blood pressure) at the same time? it is possible because i have both, but how? is it normal? by the way, bradycardia as well.

Possible: It's possible to have both. Pulmonary hypertension has various causes as does systemic hypotension. I recommend consulting a pulmonologist for evaluation and advice. These are both serious conditions. Appropriate testing will be done.
