How likely will i get body disfiguration from cutaneous leishmaniasis?

Depends on site: Cutaneous disease usually heals with a local scar. The disfigurement depends on the location of the lesion. A lesion on the cheek will be more disfiguring than one on the calf.

It depends: If you get scarring then you will have some disfigurement.
