What to do if i have a sharp pain in my left kidney that radiates round to my stomach, any ideas?

Get it checked: Could be a kidney stone, or an infection. Could be a non-kidney pain. There are other organs in that area. How are you sure it is your kidneys? You would need blood/urine tests, and imaging to make sure.
