TMJ: The most likely cause of intermittent pain in the jaw is dental disease, for example, temporomandibular joint disease. There is an well known aphorism in medicine: "common things happen commonly" so if your jaw hurts, don't look to your heart as the cause. (yes it can happen but it's uncommon in all ; very uncommon in 36 year olds).
