Sometimes my heart beats 109-112 per min. saw cardiologist did ekg and 24 hr holter monitor. everything came back normal. no thyroid problems, no hbp, no diabetes or overweight, not pregnant, no drugs or alcohol. no pain, sob, fainting etc. am i ok?

It is normal for the heart to go up that way if you are are doing any of a number of things. I would count heart rate your self rather than relying on an electronic device. Count pulse at wrist and count for a full 60sec would keep a diary to see if you can identify what might be increasing heart rate: heat, smoking, exercise, eating etc. Then discuss with Dr again and share your diary.

Your question has inadequate details to provide a satisfactory answer. It is normal to have the heart rate increase win or activity, emotional distress etc. If symptoms recur, make observation regarding activity, anxiety, emotional stress etc. I am inclined to reassure you, but ask you to follow up with the doctor if symptoms worsen. An exercise program might also be helpful.
