It is normal for the heart to go up that way if you are are doing any of a number of things. I would count heart rate your self rather than relying on an electronic device. Count pulse at wrist and count for a full 60sec would keep a diary to see if you can identify what might be increasing heart rate: heat, smoking, exercise, eating etc. Then discuss with Dr again and share your diary.

Your question has inadequate details to provide a satisfactory answer. It is normal to have the heart rate increase win or activity, emotional distress etc. If symptoms recur, make observation regarding activity, anxiety, emotional stress etc. I am inclined to reassure you, but ask you to follow up with the doctor if symptoms worsen. An exercise program might also be helpful.
