This type of: Traumatic event can leave an imprint on your mind. I would encourage you to get some help to work through and past this life event. A psychiatric or psychological evaluation can help to determine if you have developed a mental health condition ; put you on the right track to obtain care. Cognitive processing therapy and emdr can be very beneficial. Take care.
