Bigger: Most likely they are larger and potentially more significant finding, i. E. That might need further attention, from observation to more diagnostic procedures - never hesitate to ask medical specialist questions.

It means larger...: But it is a bit subjective. When it is said that you have a dominant nodule, it is inferred that you have several other much smaller nodules besides the 'dominant' nodule.
