Evaluation needed: I would suggest having a dentist trained in oral pathology take a look. If it has been there a while and has not changed it is probably not a tumor... If nothing else the dentist can give you some piece of mind..

Probably not serious: May just be a blocked salivary duct. See an oral surgeon for evaluation and rx.
