Over the past week or so i have developed a few small lumps on d roof of my mouth which i can feel with my tongue. any ideas what they may be?

Yes, many: Yes, but us guessing is no assurance that we are right. It's probably nothing of significance, but we have no way of knowing that without actually seeing it. If it is something that warrants treatment and you do nothing, it could be serious. Therefore you should have your own local dentist take a look. Any lesion that lasts more than 14 day warrants a diagnosis and treatment!

Need size, color: The size , color, exact duration, pain, no pain, are important to know. Diet changes, travel, other health issues . Is it on the hard or soft palate ? If it lasts longer than 2 weeks, seek professional attention.
