Coldsore: It is likely to be cold sore by viral infection or stresses and oc cream mostly will be effective but treat with oral viral medication esp valtrex (valacyclovir) will be effective but your best way to have your fd to ascertain rarely can be serious if it persisted then you need biopied not likely.
