Yes: Eucalyptus tea should not interfere with antibiotic therapy. On the other hand it is rare that bronchitis, if acute, is due to bacterial infection, and you might want to reconsider the antibiotics. Ask your friendly pharmacist for a mucolytic to loosen your phlegm.
