Unlikely: Pineal cysts grow or progress over time. Your symptoms however is worrisome since it may be interfering with your sensory. I would strongly follow up with a neurosurgeon.

Unlikely: Pineal cysts of that size is typically benign. Growth is slow, if at all. Most of your symptoms are unlikely to be related to the small cyst. Sudden death from 1.3cm pineal cyst rupture would be extremely unusual.
