Probably OK: The reason for the spacing is to maintain levels above the minimum bacteriostatic concentration for the particular organism being treated. Since Amoxicillin has a half-life of about one hour it should actually be taken every 4 hrs at minimum, but for a normally immune host it should be ok. If you are treating acute bronchitis this is probably worthless anyway since over 95% are due to a virus.
