If i missed a dose of ciprodac 250mg and took it 20 minutes after i remember its like i should take it 3am and instead i took it 3:20am like three morning in a row will the time gap stops the antibiotic from curing my infection?

No, the antibiotic will still work properly. Would suggest moving the time you take it sometime during the day to make it easier.
