See below: I would rest apply ice to the affected area 20 minutes on 40 minutes off .And make an appointment to see an orthopedic surgeon as soon as possible you may have a sacral coccyx fracture. These on general are usually treated conservatively without operative intervention. You can purchase a sacral donut to use when you're sitting down . Good luck thank you.
