Here are some ..: I'm glad to know all tests on blood and urine have been unremarkable, but a small ovarian cyst, which most likely is just an incidental finding - unlikely bearing clinical significance. But what you've felt in lower abdomen, back, etc. is most likely related with age-related disorders of regional muscles, joints, or even nerves. These can be sorted out by detailed Hx + physicals ...
