Monitor: 30's female with headache several days after 4 pratfalls while skating absent head injury. She likely has a whiplash cericalgia muscle tension headache, easily diagnosed by an hands on evaluation. An Osteopath is advised. Earlier evaluation should take place if there are fevers, dizziness, a pounding headache, vomiting or change in vision. An exam is definitely needed.
