May be bad: Remember, meds are designed to melt inside you. That's 37 degrees celsius or 98.6 fahrenheit. I'm not sure how warm it is in lebanon in january, but if your portable file is getting hot, it's not good for your medicines which generally should be stored in a cool, dry place.
