No: You wouldn't be touching any part of a medical instrument that had been used to obtain tissue and then not cleaned. Even if you had, you're not going to catch something. Do you get all worried after shaking hands with someone? If these thoughts are obsessing you, please get with your physician -- a course of self-discovery might be the best effort you ever made.
