I've been having pulsation in my abdomen on and off for a few hours, there is no pain, but it is very uncomfortable and visible. i've also had arrhythmia accompanying this, and shaky hands. what is this? should i go to the hospital?

Sounds like anxiety about being able to fee you abdominal aorta. Goole it. Thie s very common if you are thin. you did not say. May also be pregnant. Good exam will tell.

The pulsations of your abdominal aorta may not be as important as an arrhythmia. If your pulse rate is over 100 or your pulse is irregular, you should be examined in the ER.
