Little or no risk: Most likely it was water or maybe IV fluid. Even if it was someone's body fluid (urine?), there would be no signficant risk. Obviously this would be unpleasant, but there is rarely any health risk from body fluids on skin, even in seating area (buttocks, genital area, etc). I really wouldn't worry about it.
